Next Gen Reservations is a software product operated by Next Gen Profits LLC, through its Next Gen Restaurant Systems product family. The service is designed to provide reservation and restaurant-management software to restaurants and their authorized staff.
This policy explains what information we may process when you visit our website, create an account, or use the application.

3. Google Sign-In
You may choose to authenticate using Google. When Google Sign-In is used, we may receive basic Google account information such as your name, email address and profile image.
This information is used only for authentication and account management. We do not request or receive access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or private Google files.

5. Restaurant and Guest Data
Restaurants using Next Gen Reservations control the business relationship with their guests. We process reservation and guest information in order to provide the service to the restaurant.
We do not sell restaurant guest lists, and guest or reservation information is not sold to advertisers.
6. Service Providers
Trusted technology providers may process data on our behalf in order to operate the service. Currently these may include:
- Supabase, for database, authentication and backend infrastructure
- Google, for optional Google authentication and location-related services when enabled
- Hosting and infrastructure providers required to deliver the application
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authentication, database access controls and tenant isolation between restaurant workspaces. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not make absolute security claims.
8. Data Retention
Information may be retained as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations.

10. Cookies and Essential Technologies
We may use essential browser and session technologies for authentication, security, language preferences and maintaining active sessions. We do not use advertising cookies.
11. Children
Next Gen Reservations is business software intended for restaurants and their staff. It is not directed toward children.
12. International and Location Considerations
The service may be accessed from different regions, and information may be processed and stored in the locations used by our infrastructure providers. Where local requirements apply to you or your restaurant, you remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.
